An ongoing marketing campaign with Visit Devon saw the team head on down to the bustling harbour of Brixham located in Torbay.
We met up with Mitch Tonks, the founder and CEO of the successful seafood restaurants Rockfish. Having 9 coastal locations dotted throughout Devon he has a wealth of local knowledge especially when it comes to our sealife and local ingredients. This Brixham branch is situated so close to the harbour edge, the dining guests can see their fresh catch arrive straight to the kitchen or fish market beneath the restaurant.
