360 Home Tours

We were approached by David Wilson Homes to create a series of interactive virtual tours for their new show homes on their development sites. This 360 home tour was created at Brunel Quarter, one of David Wilson Homes’ latest development sites in South Wales.

We have been working closely with David Wilson Homes for a few years and have covered their development sites all over the South West and the Southern regions.

With our fully immersive 360 home tours, we are aiming to change the way that people view properties. The Matterport scanning technology that we use creates a photo-realistic experience, allowing prospective guests and customers to explore properties online as if they had physically stepped foot inside the house itself.

The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms. A tag is essentially a link which people can interact with as they navigate through a room. These link back to webpages, for example, giving the customer more information on the property, personalisation options and contact information. It’s also a great way to link directly to a booking page for the show home itself.
