Knowing we specialise in waterside and high end property videos, Knight Frank and Marchand Petit estate agents instructed us to produce video content for this stunning modern home overlooking Salcombe Harbour. Because the river is a key feature it was vital that we captured it with a high tide and therefore timing was crucial. With the location of the property on the hill, one of the best ways of capturing it was by using our drones. This provided context as to the position of the house in the area, as well as showing the fantastic views.
For the internal features such as the gym and the bedrooms we used a mixture of Panasonic GH4’s on tripods, Sliders and DJI Ronin Steady Cams so that we always had the right tools for the shots we needed.

Using a mixture of aerial and ground based footage we highlight the key elements of the property and the land with it. In some situations we show off the lifestyle element of the property by showing off the local area and scenery nearby. We utilise DJI Drones for our aerial footage and find it adds a great perspective to our content and offers up views that people don’t normally get to see.
