Fine and Country Property Video | Magnolia House

As part of our ongoing relationship with Webbers Fine & Country across the Southwest of England we were instructed to produce a promotional video to help show off the property of this beautiful home based in Putsborough, North Devon looking straight down onto the glorious beach. Our brief was to show the location, the size of the plot and features of the house. This was a tricky project due to the remote areas surrounding the property, this is what makes the area so stunning and unique.

By using our drones we were able to capture the size of the property and the plot of land along with aerial clips of the North Devon coastline. We also used a combination of ground footage and internal photos to showcase what the property had to offer. This is typical of the Mid Market property videos that we produce daily. It is not uncommon for us to film 10 properties such as this in a day.

There is no better way to show off a home than through video, it gives the prospective buyer the feeling of moving through the home, and is far more descriptive of the space than still images can ever hope to be.

Whether its a coastal/waterside property, a luxury country estate or a working agricultural land our stunning video productions will showcase your properties in the best light. Plus, you can introduce your property buyers to the surroundings with our area guides, tailor-made to show the local towns, villages, countryside and beaches.

Sounds great right? Thats because it is! Contact us if you’d like a stunning property video of your own.
