Faces of Devon – Brixham

An ongoing tourism photography project with Visit Devon saw the team head to the bustling harbour of Brixham located in Torbay.

We met up with Mitch Tonks, the founder and CEO of the successful seafood restaurants Rockfish. Having 9 coastal locations dotted throughout Devon he has a wealth of local knowledge especially when it comes to our sealife and local ingredients. This Brixham branch is situated so close to the harbour edge, the dining guests can see their fresh catch arrive straight to the kitchen or fish market beneath the restaurant.

Their campaign ‘Faces of Devon’ gives a spotlight to key figures within the county, allowing each ‘face’ to show off their special part of Devon.

We captured mixture of images throughout the day to be used to market both the tourism board for Visit Devon and the Rockfish restaurants. The full set features portrait photography, landscapes, aerials and details of the fishing vessels.
