We were approached by Barratt Homes to create a series of show home matterport virtual tours for their new properties on their developments. Barratt needed an exciting and engaging way to show off the internal spaces of their homes in a way that traditional photography could not achieve.
This is the first in a series of Barratt homes we will be capturing. The virtual walkthroughs or ‘tours’ will be primarily used on the Barratt website but can also be shared on social media and sent simply via email.

The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms. A tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example giving the customer more information on the property through the use of video, pictures and webpages etc. its also a great way to link directly straight to a booking page for the Showhome itself.
The walkthroughs are also compatible with virtual reality goggles which is an exciting way to view the spaces and their potential clients/customers love interacting with the homes in this unique way.
