We were approached by David Wilson Homes to create a series of interactive virtual tours for their new show homes on their development sites. This new build virtual walkthrough was created at Tadpole Garden Village, one of David Wilson Homes’ latest development sites in Swindon.
David Wilson Homes needed an exciting and engaging way to show off the internal spaces of their homes in a way that traditional photography could not achieve.
We have been working closely with David Wilson Homes for a few years and have covered their development sites all over the South West and the Southern regions.
This new build virtual walkthrough or ‘tour’ will be primarily used on the David Wilson website but can also be shared easily on social media and sent simply via email.
Likewise, you can easily share the property on websites such as Rightmove, Facebook, Instagram etc. It’s just as easy to share with friends and family vie email or social media platforms, simply share the unique URL link and let the whole family view the home alongside you.
With a 3D virtual tour, prospective buyers can do their own walk-through of your properties from anywhere, anytime, generating higher engagement and interest.
The Matterport 360 Virtual Tour technology allows us to gain a stunning insight into each show home and easily share this with potential homeowners in a variety of ways.
The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms. A tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example giving the customer more information on the property through the use of video, pictures and webpages etc. its also a great way to link directly straight to a booking page for the show home itself.
The walkthroughs are also compatible with virtual reality goggles which is an exciting way to view the spaces and their potential clients/customers love interacting with the homes in this unique way.
