Seddons Estate Agents contacted us to carry out this new build virtual viewing for a property on their listings. This newly constructed property needed an exciting way of showing it off to buyers. The property also wasn’t furnished, this is a common issue we bump into. A challenge here using only still photography would be trying to accurately showcase the size and the layout of the rooms. Using our fully immersive photorealistic 360 technology, this isn’t an issue for us. We can capture the entire home with ease and cover every angle from all over the house, alongside this creating accurate floor plans and a 3D dollhouse view.
The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms. A tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example showcasing the estate agent’s contact information, local area guides, as well as being able to directly link to the property’s brochure. Easily highlight room dimensions, appliance specs and extra storage areas with a mix of lists, links, imagery and short video clips.
