We were approached by Barratt Homes to create a series of interactive virtual tours for their new show homes on their development sites. This Kent show home walkthrough was created at one of Barratt’s latest development sites.
We have been working closely with Barratt Homes for a few years and have covered their development sites all over the South West and the Southern regions.
The Matterport 360 Virtual Tour technology we use allows us to gain a stunning insight into each show home and easily share this with potential homeowners in a variety of ways.
The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms. A tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example giving the customer more information on the property through the use of video, pictures and webpages etc. its also a great way to link directly straight to a booking page for the show home itself.
The walkthroughs are also compatible with virtual reality goggles which is an exciting way to view the spaces and their potential clients/customers love interacting with the homes in this unique way.
Easily show customers the home from the safety of the site office, you no longer need to take unwanted trips onto the construction site to view the clients potential home, simply show them the virtual tour of the house or show home plot they are interested in and remove all health and safety risks from not walking through a live site.
