This Kent interactive virtual tour was created at one of Barratt’s latest development site Dickens Gate. We were approached by Barratt Homes to create a series of interactive virtual tours for their new show homes on their development sites.
Barratt Homes needed an exciting and engaging way to show off the internal spaces of their homes in a way that traditional photography could not achieve. We have been working closely with Barratt Homes for a few years and have covered their development sites all over the country for a number of their regions.
The virtual walkthroughs or ‘tours’ will be primarily used on the Barratt website but can also be shared easily on social media and sent simply via email. Highlight room dimensions, appliance specs, build materials and extra storage areas with a mix of lists, links, imagery and short video clips. We create stunning immersive and engaging 360 virtual tours or ‘virtual viewings’ for estate agents and property developers, these can be easily viewed and shared around by potential home buyers, from the comfort of their own homes.
The Matterport 360 Virtual Tour technology allows us to gain a stunning insight into each show home and easily share this with potential homeowners in a variety of ways. The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms. A tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example giving the customer more information on the property through the use of video, pictures and webpages etc. its also a great way to link directly straight to a booking page for the show home itself.
