We were approached by David Wilson Homes to create a series of interactive virtual tours for their new show homes on their development sites. This interactive London property tour was created at New Mill Quarter, one of David Wilson Homes’ latest development sites in London.
David Wilson Homes needed an exciting and engaging way to show off the internal spaces of their homes in a way that traditional photography could not achieve.
We have been working closely with David Wilson Homes for a few years and have covered their development sites all over the South West and the Southern regions, using the very latest in Matterport software to produce the smoothest and most seamless virtual tours on the market.
The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms in this interactive London property tour, and others alike. A tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example giving the customer more information on the property through the use of video, pictures and webpages etc. its also a great way to link directly straight to a booking page for the show home itself.
The walkthroughs are also compatible with virtual reality goggles which is an exciting way to view the spaces and their potential clients/customers love interacting with the homes in this unique way.
