Mill House Holiday Cottage Virtual Tour

Working alongside Boskensoe Barns and P Chapman Construction we created a series of stunning holiday cottage virtual tour (s) for the four beautifully renovated barn conversions located just outside of Falmouth, Cornwall. The are finished to such a high standard that it would have been a great shame not to fully show them off in their best light.

Originally the tours were produced for P Chapman as a portfolio piece (the developers behind the design and build). Boskensoe Barns themselves wanted the virtual tours to feature on their website to attract and encourage online viewers to stay at the their holiday cottage rentals. They were blown away with the technology and wanted us to come back as reshoot the other barns alongside creating a promotional video and shooting aerial stills of the complex.

Panoramas, virtual tours, photography & videos have been around for years, however we can now create fully immersive 360 virtual tours in high resolution HDR, with clear perspective and definition that allows your customers to get a feel for your location within the comfort of their own home. We have the ability to link to booking pages, restaurant menus, sign up pages and local attractions from within the 3D models allowing a truly immersive experience. With our new breed of fully Immersive 3D / 360 virtual tours we are aiming to change the way that people view the holiday rental industry. Our Matterport scanning technology creates a photo-realistic immersive experience, allowing prospective guests and customers to visit and explore attractions online as if they had physically stepped foot inside the cottage itself.

Boskensoe Barns, Falmouth

Set in Southern Cornwall Boskensoe Barns are a set of of beautifully fitted luxury holiday apartments. We were contacted by P Chapman Construction, the architects behind the design and construction of these barns as they wanted a video they could use as portfolio pieces from this site. We’ve worked closely with the owners of Boskensoe Barns, carrying out their photography, virtual tours and creating their new website.

The main focus of the video for P Chapman is to showcase the fine details of each barn and build as well as show them situated on the stunning farmland near Falmouth. Having the drone up in the air allows us to show off the fine architecture, such as the triangle windows, tiled roof and the farmhouse feel. These certain aspects could go completely unnoticed if we were only to film from the ground.

Alongside the drone footage we also filmed throughout each of the barns interiors to really portray how the barns look and feel for visiting clients. Having the fire lit, the tables dressed and lights on gives the homely and warm feeling to those who are watching.

By working closely with architects/property developers and estate agents we have an earned a great reputation as specialists in production of high quality property videos. Our cutting-edge drones and mast-mounted camera systems will showcase every property from the best angles, capturing the views that will sell your property.

Sounds great right? Contact us if you’d like a stunning property video of your own.
