As part of our ongoing relationship with Webbers Fine & Country across the Southwest of England we were instructed to produce a promotional video to help show off the property of this beautiful home based in Parracombe, North Devon. Our brief was to show the location, size of the plot and features of the house. This was a tricky project due to the woodland areas surrounding the property, this is what makes the area so stunning.
By using our drones we were able to capture the size of the property and the plot of land along with aerial clips of the North Devon coastline and close by Exmoor. We also used a combination of ground footage and internal photos to showcase what the property had to offer. This is typical of the Mid Market property videos that we produce daily. It is not uncommon for us to film 10 properties such as this in a day.
