Shalini Interview | Decorex Champagne Bar

We’ve been working very closely with award winning architect and interior designer Shalini Misra over the past few years. Following up from filming and creating virtual tours of a few of her properties we met up at the Decorex Event in London to talk over her career and some of her latest projects in this interview styled video.

The interview was produced to let Shalini express herself and talk about her ideas behind her Decorex showpiece, and what inspired her to do so.

Interviews are great way of showing off your personalities and traits of yourself or your business through forms of speech, its not always possible to do so through the use of standard text on a webpage, so having a short and sweet video to watch and replicate this works wonders for your target audience.

Decorex 2017 Champagne Bar Virtual Tour | Shalini Misra

Decorex celebrates interior design from across the world and allows exhibitors to showcase the latest of their work at Syon Park in London. The London architectural and interior design community descends on Decorex to sign up suppliers and meet the faces of the industry. We were asked to come and scan a 360 champagne bar virtual tour that was being exhibited.

Every year an interior designer is invited to create the Champagne Bar, this year was the turn of Shalini Misra, an interior and architectural design client based in North London.

Shalini and her team wanted to create a bar showing opulence and extravagance so chose to theme the style around the Great Exhibition of 1851 at Crystal Palace.

With our 360 degree virtual tours we can showcase any environment with our state of the art technology. We can create accurate floor plans for a variety of needs, from construction to real estate as well as a 3D dollhouse view which allows viewers to see the entire property as a 3D model to grasp an overview of the shape and rooms.

The addition of ‘mattertags’ allow us to ‘tag’ up rooms. A tag is essentially a physical link which people can interact with as they walk through a room. These link back to webpages, for example showcasing the clients/estate agent’s contact information at the click of a button, showcasing area guides to the local area, as well as being able to directly link to the property’s brochure.

Sounds great right? Thats because it is! Contact us if you’d like a fully immersive virtual tour for your property/business.
