We were asked too produce a comprehensive waterside cottage property video for Strutt & Parker. Our brief was to immerse a potential buyer of this exclusive property in what its like to live here. We needed to show off the house, Its waterside location and the joys of village life. Due to the nature of waterside properties we had to deal with steep gardens and split levels with limited angles to shoot from. The Vendors had a very clear vision of what they wanted as they had built and lived in the stunning property for many years. We were instructed by the agents as part of our ongoing relationship with Strutt & Parker estate agents who are specialists in presenting top end properties to market.
Combining both internal and external shots we managed to cover all angles of the property and present it very clearly to the viewer in terms of the size of the house, the plot and the location.
