This project was unlike many of our commonly completed videos for Strutt and Parker, but it was still just as important. The task in hand was to showcase an area of land based in the beautiful South Hams, Devon. The main purpose was to give an idea to potential buyers looking to move into the area and invest in the development opportunity the plot has to to offer.
We included many unique angles of the plot of land and the surrounding areas, using aerial footage to engage and excite the audience with the unseen angles. Just because their isn’t a property to feature, it doesn’t mean you can’t show it off.
You can’t buy a piece of land and dream without seeing what it has to offer first, right?
