Orthomosaic mapping is a geometrically corrected aerial photograph created from overlapping many aerial images to create a highly detailed and high resolution orthomosaic map. These maps can be overlaid onto Google Maps and are highly detailed.
With the meta-information inside the map, we can create accurate point clouds and 3D model which can be used for construction progress reports, or to create up-to-date maps of homes for estate agents as well as many more applications.
